All orders are shipped from our studio in Bali, Indonesia. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Bali: 1-2 business days (same-day delivery available upon special request)
  • Rest of Indonesia: 3-7 business days
  • United States: 5-8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-9 business days
  • Australia: 7-10 business days
  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

Please note: These are estimated shipping times provided by our shipping partners. Delays beyond our control may occur, and estimates begin once your item has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer competitive rates through our trusted shipping partners.

Important Notes:

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or addresses with a Box# reference, as these have been returned to us in the past. Please provide an alternate address if needed.
  • International orders may be subject to duties and taxes set by your local customs authorities. Anahata Jewelry is not responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes applied by customs in your country. For more details, contact your local customs office.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Anahata Jewelry, we pride ourselves on delivering products true to the images and descriptions on our website. As such, we maintain a no return & no refund policy for change-of-mind purchases. However, we’ve outlined exceptions below for specific circumstances.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • Use a secure, insured, and tracked delivery service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) for returns, as we cannot accept liability for items not received.
